The hotel with well-kept and huge rooms, in a downtown area, on the cliff. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Gorgeous view overlooking sea. Extra care from the fairly friendly and attentive staff.

I had an amazing time at El Encanto All Inclusive Resort. The property was initially overwhelming, but once I got to know my way around, it was perfect. My girls were able to explore the resort on their own, thanks to the excellent security. The pools were fantastic, the restaurants offered delicious food, and the staff was exceptional. The breathtaking views from our room balcony, where we could even spot whales, made our stay even more memorable.
One small drawback was that the cocktails didn't meet my expectations in terms of quality. However, it didn't ruin my overall experience.
